密集する高級住宅街での、バリアフリーを取り入れた住宅。
２階リビングに面する坪庭の外壁には韓紙入り合わせガラスによるスクリーンをたて、光は通しながら視線は遮る計画としました。
実施設計フェーズで終了。
Motoazabu House
A barrier-free home in a densely populated luxury residential area in Tokyo. On the first floor, the external wall of the pocket garden, adjacent to the living room, is a screen made of laminated glass and Korean paper. This choice of material allows the sunlight to filter in, while working to shield the privacy of the house from the gaze of passers-by.
